Serve gravy over biscuits (2 biscuits per day) Lunch: Garlic Bread Pizza with Green Beans Bake 1/2 of garlic bread loaf at 400 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes until brown. Top with pasta sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. Continue to bake until cheese is melted, if desired you can broil for a couple of minutes to brown cheese on top. Boil 1 cup of green beans in water and 1 teaspoon of vegetable bouillon until they are as soft as you'd like them to be. Drain and season with salt and pepper to taste. Dinner: One Pot Smoked Sausage Alfredo Pasta Dice 1 of your sausage links, in skillet over medium high heat with a drizzle of oil, brown sausage. Add 1 cup of frozen seasoning blend, 1/4 cup of rotel, 1 cup of penne pasta, 2 cups of water, and 1&1/2 teaspoons of vegetable bouillon. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 12 minutes stopping to stir twice and immediately recover so pasta doesn't dry out. By the end of cooking most of the liquid should be absorbed and then you can stir in half your can of alredo sauce and heat through. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Snacks for the day: 1 pack of buddy bars, and some spicy nacho Fieras
