This week I’m living on just two dollars a day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, everything I eat. I’m doing this for anyone who needs to stick to an extreme grocery budget for a week or two and wants real ideas to get through it. I want to see how this actually goes, how I feel, how filling the meals are, and whether I can keep them nutrient dense and delicious. Come with me to WinCo.
