You'll also see your Equip Load Level (Light Load, Med. Load, Heavy Load, Overburdened). This will affect your ability to dodge by rolling. - Your maximum Equip Load (the number on the right) is determined by your Endurance stat, and can also be increased by certain talismans or buffs. - Your current Equip Load (the number on the left) is determined by your currently equipped weapons, armor, and talismans. You can see the weight of each item by selecting it. Note: Ammunition such as arrows and bolts, and items in your quick item slots, do NOT count towards your Equip Load. - Your Equip Load Level is determined by taking the Current load and dividing it by the Maximum load. This will give you a percentage, such as 30 / 60 = 0.5, or 50%. The thresholds for Equip Load Levels are as follows: - Light Load: 0% - 29.9%. Light rolls have the same iframes as Medium rolls, but they make you travel a bit further. - Med. Load: 30% - 69.9%. Medium rolls are the standard kind of roll, and generally you should aim to be in this region. Note: The specific value doesn't matter. Having 31% Equip Load functions exactly the same as having 69% (nice) Equip Load. - Heavy Load: 70% - 100%. Heavy rolls, also known as fat rolls, are much slower, go a shorter distance, take a longer time to recover from, and have fewer iframes than Medium rolls. You also have a -20% stamina regen penalty while in Heavy Load. You want to avoid Heavy Load at all costs! - Overburdened: 100%+. This will make you basically unable to do anything. You won't be able to move any faster than a slow walk, you won't be able to jump, you won't be able to dodge at all. You literally NEVER want to be Overburdened.
