Where are you watching from today? 🤍 Chocolate Chip Cake Ingredients: 300 g all-purpose flour 16 g baking powder A pinch of salt 2 medium eggs 90 g sugar 290 g whole milk (or plant-based milk if preferred) 110 g vegetable oil 1 heaped teaspoon vanilla extract 80 g cold chocolate chips Instructions: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, milk, oil, vanilla extract, and sugar until well combined. Sift in the flour and baking powder, then gently mix until a smooth batter forms. Carefully fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a small handful for the top. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 24 cm bundt cake pan, and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (static) on the lower rack for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
