Tip!!! Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature and your yeast is good,(test yeast by mixing it with 1 tbsp sugar and warm water allow it to sit for 7 minutes the yeast to change consistency (creamy like) with many bubbles on top. If this doesn’t happen you need new yeast DONT use it! Tip 2** use parchment paper on baking dish https://youtu.be/8OTyCNWvzBM Ingredients: makes 8 cinnamon rolls, more if cut smaller DOUGH 550 g (4 cups) sifted all purpose flour 1/2 cup sugar Nutmeg(optional) Pinch of salt 1 tbsp yeast 1 tbsp vanilla 2 eggs 1 cup milk (110 degrees) 5 tbsp butter( is use salted, DONT add the additional salt) FILLING 1 stick salted butter at room temp 1 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 tbsp ground cinnamon ICING 4 tbsp salted butter(room temp) 4 oz cream cheese(room temp) 1 1/2 c powder sugar 2 tbsp milk 1 tbsp vanilla 1 serving of love 💕 Want to see more of me and my family?
