We were lucky to see some of the process where the meat is marinated, roasted, then coated in a sweet glaze. Total price - 200 HKD ($25.57) Yat Lok (https://maps.app.goo.gl/bezf96Kx2ED7arYw7) - Yat Lok roast goose is legendary I first came here many years ago - but this time we were able to get into the kitchen to see a little bit of the goose roasting process. It’s still family run and they sells hundreds of geese per day. What I love about Yat Lok is they tend to roast their goose a little longer than other places so the skin is extra crispy and smoky.
