Extremely Rusty Pipe Threading Machine Restoration | Fully Jammed In this video I am restoring a very old pipe threading machine.I bought this pipe threading machine from a junk shop. This pipe threading machine is not able to work at all and is completely jammed. I started the restoration work by removing loose rust and dust from the pipe threading machine. I then proceeded to disassemble all the pipe threading parts. Disassembling the pipe threading machine was very difficult because the machine was completely jammed. I did the electrolysis process to remove the rust from the pipe threading machine. After the electrolysis process, all parts of the machine were cleaned with a wire brush. And repaired the parts of the machine that were damaged. And some parts of the machine were cold bluing and painted on some parts.The handle of the pipe threading machine was not original so I took a new pipe and made a handle for it. After restoring all the parts of the machine, all the parts of the machine were assembled. After that I tested the pipe threading machine and the pipe threading machine is working perfectly.
