The girls decide to go to the underwater kingdom and find out the cause of what happened. Baba Yaga transforms them into mermaids and sends her nephew, Drakey, with them to help. Under the water, the girls discover a frozen city and meet the Water Spirit. He explains the friends that what they see is the work of a horrible monster who stole the magic pearl. The girls swim to a sunken ship where the monster is hiding and fight him. They manage to capture the monster. They find their way into the ship’s cargo hold in search of the magic pearl and find there a block of ice with a mysterious figure inside. Snowy manages to melt the ice. Out of the ice block come the key of water and… another Water Spirit. The fake Water Spirit grabs the key and freezes the girls. But thanks to her warm heart, Snowy manages to get herself free, beat the Phantom and free her friends.
