Yesterday (July 7th), the Fujian Maritime Safety Administration, along with the Ministry of Transport and other units, conducted its first search and rescue emergency drill in the waters near the Taiwan Shoal, involving three government vessels. The location is 55 kilometers southwest of Qimei, Penghu, west of the Taiwan Strait median line and close to mainland China.
