I had visited the Big Apple nearly 10 years ago and already made a video with the OG BMPCC so I wanted to do sightly different this time. Being able to film Open Gate in 3:2 with the BMCC6K was a great experience and suited New York perfectly. I love the frames I was able to get and I hope you will too! I always try to put the emphasis on composition instead of movement and focused on the quiet moments with a touch of minimalism. This was also a trip with my mum so I only filmed a few minutes each day across the 5 days. In total I shot 54mins of footage. All shot handheld. 6K BRAW Open Gate, in 24 or 36 fps.
