We are going to make Fried Chicken with Creamy White Mushroom Sauce. This chicken recipe is my favorite dinner made. The Creamy white mushroom sauce really delicious and once you taste it, you would want to put it on everything from steaks to roasts. Timestamp 0:00 Intro 0:43 Making Chicken 2:11 Making Sauce 4:08 Frying Chicken 5:30 Taste Test Ingredients For Making Chicken Chicken Breast - 1/2 lb or 180g Minced Garlic - 3 Cloves or 16g Montreal Steak Salt - 1/2 Tsp or 2g Black pepper -1/2 tsp or 1g Paprika - 1 tsp or 2g Soy sauce 1tsp or 4g Vinegar - 1/2 tsp or 4g Oregano - 1/4th tsp 1g Mustard 1/2 tsp or 2g For Making Sauce White Pepper - 1/2 tsp or 1g Mushrooms - 1/2 Cup or 50gm Onion - 1/2 small or 50g Heavy Cream - 1cup or 225gms Butter 1tbsp or 30gms Chili flakes - 1/2 tsp or 1g Salt - 1/2 tsp or 3g Tarragon leaves - 1/2 Tsp or less than 1g For Frying 2 large eggs 3-4 cups of Panko bread crumbs Method 1. Use Chicken Fillets and season them using garlic, Montreal steak salt, black pepper, paprika, soy sauce, vinegar, oregano, and mustard. 2. For making the sauce in a pan add butter, then onion. Let it cook for 3-4 mins or until onion becomes transparent. Add mushrooms and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add white pepper, heavy cream, salt, chili flakes, and tarragon leaves. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until it boils. Set this aside we will use it later. 3. For frying make the dry batter. For the dry batter crack open 2 large eggs. Dip your chicken in the egg mixture. Then coat chicken with panko breadcrumbs. 4. Fry at 250F or 120C for a total of 6 minutes. 5. Pour over the sauce on your chicken and serve. In the end, Enjoy! and let me know how wast it?
