It transcended the Rioplatense borders, more and more people are enjoying this delicacy and no one can't tell us that this is not THE dish for a Sunday noon. 😏 Making a Fugazzeta is super easy, all you need is cheese, lots of cheese, lots of onion, a little bit of oregano and two pizza buns. Here is our recipe for making the buns with sourdough starter. With these ingredients, you can make a 1kg dough. -Flour 0000/All-purpose 565 grs. -Water 340 grs -Sourdough 85 grs -Salt 10 grs 1️⃣ Combine all ingredients, knead well, and let it rest at room temperature until doubled in size. 2️⃣ Optional: Allow it to block-ferment for a whole day in the refrigerator. 3️⃣ Divide the dough into 2 buns and roll out as shown in the video. 4️⃣ Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 25 minutes.
