I went around to this property to do a quote for a young family as they had a rental inspection coming up. They were concerned that they were going to fail, and you can see why. After doing the estimate, the young lady was obviously concerned about the price, so I did her a great deal and also did a lot of extra work. The extra work included all of the front and the power washing, plus the nice discount on the back. It's really a massive transformation and a cool episode. All up, the job took me around 10 hours to complete, including 2 trips to the landfill, with just under a ton of material taken out. I don't do enough big jobs to justify spending 15k AUD on a stander, but it would be nice to have one! 5. I will get one as soon as my transport and storage problems are solved.
