There are so many more interesting places to visit." People usually get excited when I talk about visiting their country, so I was shocked when I got this reaction over and over again! But I wasn't going to let that stop me. Even though I only have maybe 5% blood from Germany, I knew it would be an important stop in my self-discovery journey.
