The announcement from Hamas comes four days after Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu unveiled the proposed 20-point agreement in Washington. Candice Cole has the top story. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer praised the rabbi and others who barricaded the doors as ''heroes', in the wake of the synagogue attack in Manchester, England, on Thursday. Jihad al-Shamie, a 35-year-old British man of Syrian descent, drove a car into pedestrians and stabbed several people, killing two men in the attack. Global's Vincent McAviney has new details about the victims and the attacker, as authorities plead for unity. Prime Minister Mark Carney announced Friday he is heading back to the White House next week to meet Donald Trump, while challenges with the U.S. President remain as volatile as ever.
