This amazing golden butter rice uses a very easy, but almost forgotten cooking method where we cook the rice in the butter, and just don’t stir some into already cooked rice. The difference it huge! This ginger and turmeric flavored version is my favorite, and was actually inspired by an ancient Indian drink called golden milk. Enjoy!
