The sun is rising, the ocean breathing and the world is slowly awakening in golden light. This handpan meditation is an offering to stillness, to presence and the beauty of the moment. Such a beautiful, calm morning it has been here at Costa Brava. The ocean was so calm as the sun turned the seafront in warm, golden colors. I received this new instrument from @AyasaInstruments a couple of days ago and these were some of the first melodies that came to me... inspired by the gentle rhythms of the waves, steadily coming and going. Every morning I sit at this beach to meditate and practice yoga. Feeling blessed & grateful to being able to start my mornings like this recently.
