Toppings: 1 cup sour cream with lime juice Pico De Gallo: equal parts tomato and onion, juice of lime and salt cheese avocado Beef and Broccoli: https://seedandsparrowhomestead.com/quick-beef-and-broccoli-skillet/ Chicken Fajita Pasta 1-1.5 lbs of chicken, cubed and seasoned with 1.5 tbsp taco blend https://youtu.be/OkZZA0MwslQ?si=iOU61mPLKKuA6__I cook chicken in skillet and set aside. Dice 1 pepper and 1/2 onion, cook in skillet until just tender seasoning with another 1.5 tbsp taco blend. add 2 cloves minced garlic and cook for 1 minutes. remove to plate with chicken. Add 2 cups chicken broth to empty skillet, add 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1 10oz can rotel 3/4 tsp salt and 8 oz pasta. cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until noodles are tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed. Add chicken and veggies back to the skillet and toss with 2 cups of cheese.
