Video Description
In this video, I turn a large shallow bowl with an angled foot from a blank selected and cut out of a black walnut 8/4 slab from the shed. I ran the board through the planer to reveal the grain, then laid out the circle. The wood did all of the work as I just removed a bit of wood and added a couple of interesting details to accentuate the stunning grain and gorgeous figure.
