Rebecca worked closely with Many Mansions Tiny Home Builders to modify an existing blueprint, creating a personalized sanctuary that prioritizes light, storage, and her love for plants. After experiencing a personal transition in early 2020, she chose to adopt a minimalist lifestyle, and this home became her "happy place" for grounding and peace. Key Features of this Tiny House Build: Smart Living Room: Features a multifunctional sofa with built-in storage and a lift-top coffee table that doubles as a workspace or dining area. Gourmet Tiny Kitchen: A much larger kitchen than standard builds, featuring a reverse osmosis water filtration system, garbage disposal, propane stove, and a pull-out pantry. Storage-Integrated Stairs: Custom-built stairs that house a microwave, an apartment-sized refrigerator, shoe storage, and even a hidden custom cat box for her cat, Peach. Luxury Bathroom: Includes a stackable washer and dryer, a flushing toilet connected to sewage, and a full-sized bathtub. Dual Lofts: A spacious 11-foot primary bedroom loft with a queen bed and a secondary guest loft (currently claimed by the cat!). Outdoor Living Space: A beautiful wraparound deck, custom planters for herbs and bamboo, and an outdoor shed for the tankless propane water heater.
