This is not exactly a repair guide, it is a methodical sequence of tests that, if you follow them, will show you what part of the circuit is faulty. You can make almost all of these tests using just a multimeter. You can then decide if the fault is something you can repair yourself, but you will know what is wrong with the graphics card.
