For Business Inquiries: [email protected] Instagram: https://instagram.com/babafoodrrc Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/BaBaFoodRRC/ For Short Recipes on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@babafoodsrrc?_t=8gzyFHUaQoT&_r=1 ------------------------------------------------------------------ Carrot Halwa Written Recipe With Directions Ingredients: -Carrots (gajar) medium size 6 Kg -Sugar (cheers) 1 Kg -Green cardamom (choti elaichi) 6 slightly crushed -Clarified butter (desi ghee) 500g -Almonds without skin (badam) as required -Khoya 2 Kg -Pistachio (pista) for garnishing Directions: -Rinse, peel, and grate carrots. -Wash the carrots again properly and place them to a strainer. -In a pan, add the carrots, sugar, and green cardamom. Mix well and cook it on medium flame for 6 mins. Stir spoon continously. -On low flame, cover and cook it for 12 mins. -Remove the cover and cook for 6-7 mins on medium flame on commercial stove (or high flame on non-commercial stove) until the water is dry. -Add clarified butter and cook well for 3-4 mins. -Add almonds and cook well. -Turn off the flame, add khoya and cover it with Halwa for 2-3 mins. -Then, mix well. -Dish out, garnish with khoya, almonds, and pistachio. -Serve and Enjoy!
