Selecting an Option Strategy | Connie Hill | 6-10-25 Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options. https://bit.ly/2v9tH6D When the market is in a steady uptrend, some traders may shift toward strategies with less built-in hedging. However, it's still beneficial to sell premium to help reduce the overall cost of a position. In today’s discussion, we explore the idea of buying longer-dated call options and then systematically selling shorter-term calls against them in the coming weeks—or even months. This approach shares similarities with a covered call strategy, but instead of using stock as the underlying asset, we're using a long call option. We'll monitor the trend closely. If the market begins to move sideways or shows signs of a pullback, that could be our cue to sell a call and collect premium while managing risk. Many traders have a library of options strategies at their fingertips and know them well.  But how do option traders decide which strategies to use? Long or short? Bullish or bearish? In this interactive weekly webcast, your education coach will talk you through the market considerations that may provide clarity and structure to your options selections. See side-by-side comparisons of both similar and contrasting strategies and review the pros and cons of employing each in the current market environment. Whether live or archived, it’s always time well-spent!  1023-3KVR Follow me on X: ConnieHillCS Options carry a high level of risk and are not suitable for all investors.
