About

Helping autistic and AuDHD adults and parents of neurodivergent kids navigate the world of autism and ADHD After Chris was late diagnosed as being autistic in addition to having ADHD, we have been learning about how to make adjustments to our lives to better support an AuDHD brain. Before that? We moved to Taiwan to build careers in education over 15 years ago. Since then we've helped over 1,000 families, supported neurodivergent students and staff, and traveled to numerous countries. Now we're sharing what we've learned about autism, ADHD, and life as a neurodiverse couple...all with our signature humor, positivity, and unique outlook on life together. On this channel, expect a mix of wisdom, experiences, hilarious anecdotes, and useful tools. We’re sharing our lived experiences as educators, as well as the lived experience of an autistic ADHD entrepreneur, manager, and teacher. Intrigued? Dive into our content!
