For Full Makeup Reviews and Ratings: https://milabubeautyreview.com/ If you have hooded eyes or think you have hooded eyes and struggle with winged eyeliner, this video is for you. Ever since I saw the hooded eye makeup winged eyeliner technique from Katie Jane Hughes on Instagram, I’ve been doing that “batwing” liner technique using either gel eyeliner or eyeshadow with an angled eyeshadow brush. I think I may have found an even better and easier eyeliner tip. I saw it on TikTok and had to try immediately against the original hooded eye makeup technique. Honestly, going down with the eyeliner instead of up, is genius! In case you were wondering why my eye kept getting more irritated throughout the video lol.
