That decision led me to do 75 Hard, which has since changed my relationship with my diet and exercise, made me a reader, helped me become more consistent with social media and take it more seriously, and so much more. Since making my initial change, I have been continuously pursuing health and wellness to look and feel my best. I am committed to my wellness journey and truly love the process of trying new routines, habits, and foods to see how they make me feel. If something works, I keep it. If it doesn't, I move on!
