I'll show you how the old masters approached this challenging subject, and give you a few easy to remember rules that will help you draw better trees. The artist shown are: Giorgione Titian Claude Lorrain Jan Lievens Pieter Brueghel I'm using a Montblanc Monte Rosa 042G pen from the 1950's to do the drawing. It has a wonderful semi-flex nib and is filled with L'Artisan Classique Hazelnut ink.
