It's delicious, smoked, creamy, and more importantly, it's a comfort dish you would want to eat at every gathering. Try it yourself! Recipe: Prep time: 15 Min Cooking time: 30-45 Min Total cook time: 1 Hr Author: Chef Rolo Recipe type: Ultimate 5 Cheese Mac and Cheese Serves: 6-8 Hungry folks 📌Ingredients 1 ½ cups Butter 2 tsp Flour 1 cup Milk 1 ½ cup White Cheddar 1 ½ cup Sharp Cheddar 1 ½ cup Gruyère Cheese 1 ½ cup Gouda Cheese 1 ½ cup Parmesan Reggiano ¼ Tsp of Ground Nutmeg A Pinch of Ground White Pepper 1 Tbsp of White Truffle Oil 1 ½ Cups of Panko Bread Crumbs 1 Tbsp of Chopped Parsley 1 Bag of Elbow noodles 📌Instructions: 1. First heat the pot and bring it to medium high heat. 2. Melt the unsalted butter. 3. Once butter is almost melted, drop the temperature to medium heat and add a couple of teaspoons of flour and stir. 4. Continue whisking the butter and flour until you get the consistency of paste-like texture. 5. Add a ladle of warm milk at a time, while stirring thus creating a smooth texture. 6. Combine the mixture of graded cheeses, (it does not matter the order of the cheese to be added) by adding the white cheddar cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, gruyère cheese, gouda cheese, then lastly add the Parmigiana Reggiano. 7. Stir until you get the right consistency. 8. Add nutmeg and ground white pepper. 9. Lastly, add in white truffle oil. 10. The roux sauce is now ready to blend into our elbow noodles. 11. Spread the Mac and Cheese mixture evenly in a oven or smoker casserole safe dish. 12. Sprinkle a layer of Panko Bread Crumbs and Parmigiana Reggiano over the top. 13. Place the Mac and Cheese dish in the smoker for about 350 degrees for approximately 35-45 minutes. 14. Our smoked Ultimate Five Cheese Mac & Cheese is ready to serve into a nice dish with a sprinkle of parsley over the top. 15.
