Learn how to make Thai tea over the stove, with a French press or from scratch with tea bags and spices. For our first 2 methods, we'll be using the premade Cha Tra Mue mix to show you how to correctly brew using either a pot or a French press. In our video, we show you the most aesthetically pleasing way of pouring condensed milk and evaporated milk over your cha yen. However, if you want to keep our Thai tea recipe simple and faster, you can stir it directly into your drink. You also won't have to add any food colouring as it already contains yellow food colouring (which is what gives it that signature orange colour).
