Video Description

I tried a new method on this brisket and it was honestly the best brisket I've ever smoked and one of, if not the best I've EVER tasted! Great bark, super juicy, great smoke ring, amazing flavour, perfectly tender and just all round fantastic! In this video, i'm going to show you how to smoke brisket in an offset smoker step by step. If you are a beginner, or have just picked up an offset smoker or are simply just looking for some brisket tips, then this is for you! You'll get to see the whole process from start to finish. I'll show you how to set up an offset smoker, i'll teach you some fire management, how to trim a brisket, smoke it, slice it and everything else in between. Always make sure you favour probe tenderness when you think your brisket is ready. Use the 205F/96c internal mark as one point of reference but always make sure you are happy with probe tenderness and don't be afraid to take your brisket a little further if you think it needs it. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask in the comments below and also feel free to share this video around if you think others would find it helpful.
