Today we’re going to talk about how to use MCT oil. MCT oil is a type of fat that is unique in that it can quickly turn into ketones through the liver. It doesn’t depend on the gallbladder, enzymes, or a good part of the digestive system, so it’s very efficient.  Benefits of MCT oil: • It can help you fast longer  • It can give your brain and heart more energy  • It can give you more energy while you exercise  When you first start taking MCT oil, you have to be careful not to take too much.
