The sum, average, max, min and count functions are some of the most useful and common functions in LibreOffice Calc. They allow you to perform calculations on a range of cells and get the desired result. Here is how to use them: - To use the sum function, type =SUM(range) in a cell, where range is the group of cells you want to add together. For example, =SUM(A1:A10) will add up the values in cells A1 to A10 and display the result in the cell where you typed the formula. - To use the average function, type =AVERAGE(range) in a cell, where range is the group of cells you want to find the average of. For example, =AVERAGE(B1:B10) will find the average of the values in cells B1 to B10 and display the result in the cell where you typed the formula. - To use the max function, type =MAX(range) in a cell, where range is the group of cells you want to find the maximum value of. For example, =MAX(C1:C10) will find the largest value in cells C1 to C10 and display it in the cell where you typed the formula. - To use the min function, type =MIN(range) in a cell, where range is the group of cells you want to find the minimum value of.
