We’ve got a C63, an E63, a GT R and an AMG GLC, all of which have been tuned, and we’re about to see which is quickest over the quarter-mile! So let’s check out the stats. Starting with the C63, it’s powered by a 4-litre twin-turbo V8, but whereas the car usually produces 476hp, it now puts down an almighty 900hp and 1,279Nm! This power is sent to the rear wheels via a 7-speed auto, and it tips the scales at £30,000. Alongside it we have an AMG E63. It’s packing a 4-litre twin-turbo V8, and the power output has increased from 612hp to 812hp and 1,239Nm. Power is sent to all four wheels via a 9-speed auto gearbox, and it weighs 2,010kg. Next up it’s the AMG GT R. Following the tune to its 4-litre twin-turbo V8 it now produces 756hp (up from 585hp) and 1,120Nm, and this is sent to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch. It’s the lightest car here, clocking in at 1,550kg. Then, finally, we have the AMG GLC. It packs a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 under the bonnet, and the power output has increased to 800hp and 1,215Nm. This power is sent to all four wheels via a 9-speed auto, and it weighs in at 1,950kg. So the C63 may have the most power, but will the E63’s all wheel drive propel it to victory?
