Video Description

Known as America's poorest county, McDowell County is located in West Virginia and has a rich history when it comes to coal mining. So I took on a summer journey to hunt for mining machines in the area, active or not. P&H 2800 shovels, Caterpillar 793B, Caterpillar 992G or Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks hauling coal (known as "coal buckets"), there was a lot to report! Welcome to McDowell County, West Viriginia #mining #mcdowell #westvirginia
