How it works? The primary target frequency is 40 Hz. However, if you keep listening to the same frequency consistently and too regularly, it can reduce its effectiveness. This is known as habituation. To overcome this, I have randomised the isochronic tones between random frequencies in the 39.5Hz to 40.5Hz range. Headphones? Headphones are not required for this particular session. But, if you can use headphones, I always recommend it.
