Immediately after posting my last video I steadily began improving after a few changes, though I am unsure of what helped the most. I cut caffeine almost completely out of my diet, and avoid foods that seem to irritate my system. I began frequent HBOT sessions (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy). I have been drinking a lot of room temp water, especially in the morning. I am walking frequently, maintaining good posture, and using lumbar support. I have been taking valerian root for sleep. I continue to pray. Thank you to everyone who took the time to say something, or pray, or even just think of me in some small way...your stories and support have had a significant impact. Please forgive the brevity of this update. I am focused on making up for lost work time, being productive and moving forward. However, if the efficacy any of my various therapies seems particularly compelling for this or my other chronic health issues, I do hope to share whatever I learn with the benefit of more data and perspective in a more comprehensive way at a later date.
