This bread is something special! A crispy, flaky crust with a soft, airy interior - every bite is a perfect balance of crunch and tenderness. The addition of flaxseeds (or any other seeds) brings a subtle nuttiness and extra texture, making it as delicious as it is beautiful. *Ingredients:* * Water - 1 cup (220 ml) * Yeast - fresh: 1 tsp. (3 g) or dry: ½ tsp. (2 g) * Bread flour - 2 ½ cups (320 g) * Crushed or whole flaxseed - 2 tbsp. (15 g) * Salt - 1 tsp.
