I fixed a snapped injector bolt in my VW Caddy without removing the head - here's exactly how I did it. This common 1.6 TDI fault left me stranded, but the repair is totally doable in your shed. This well-known issue affects VW 1.6 TDI engines (Golf, Polo, Touran, Passat) plus some Audi, Skoda and SEAT models.
