OK, I also needed a bit of scrap copper to finish the fix but it is always very satisfying when you can fix something by using a bit of knowledge and some chemicals most people have lying about the house or workshop! This fix also progresses the repair of our forklift truck which in turn will make it easier to finish our nice new warm office building we are building in our freezing workshop building! And we will then get round to doing more work on the Cheapest Ferrari in Europe and the no longer rusty 1986 Range Rover (all jobs for another day)!
