Before I started what I do now, I was unhappily married, weighed 270 lbs in a body I hated while raising twins. Like many others, I've struggled with emotional eating, health issues, and feeling trapped. I ended up making the decision to completely transform my life—losing over 120 lbs and building a successful women's coaching business from scratch WHILE leaving a 15-year marriage with nothing but a Dyson vacuum and an air fryer.
