Video Description

In Pakistani Factory! How A Fully loaded plastic Scrap Truck Recycle In to Plastic Wiring pipes #Pakistan_factory +92 302 4476916 In this incredible journey of transformation, we take you inside a busy Pakistani recycling factory — where mountains of discarded plastic are reborn into something completely new. Trucks arrive packed with tons of white plastic scrap — broken containers, damaged household items, and leftover industrial waste. Workers unload the piles and begin the careful process of sorting, separating only the pure white plastic that can be reused for manufacturing. Once sorted, the plastic is sent to massive crushing machines that roar to life, breaking the scrap into small chips and flakes. This is where waste starts to regain its value. The crushed plastic is then thoroughly washed to remove dirt, paint, and any chemical residue, leaving behind clean, shiny pieces ready for the next stage. After drying, the clean plastic flakes are fed into high-temperature extrusion machines. Here, under controlled heat, the flakes melt down into a thick, smooth liquid that’s pushed through filters and cooled — forming tiny plastic granules known as pellets. These granules are the raw material for thousands of plastic products we use every day. From these pellets, workers feed new batches into pipe extrusion machines, where the melted plastic is shaped into long, durable white wiring pipes. The pipes move through cooling channels, emerging straight and strong, ready to serve in electrical and construction projects across the country. Skilled workers coil and bundle the pipes, preparing them for packaging and transportation. By the end of the day, what began as heaps of discarded plastic waste leaves the factory as perfectly formed wiring pipes — clean, reusable, and ready for the market. This video captures not just the recycling process, but the hard work, precision, and dedication of the people behind it. From waste to wonder — watch how Pakistan’s recycling industry turns white plastic scrap into valuable products that keep homes and industries connected.
