Is this the perfect alternative to Field Notes? The Moleskine Cahiers. And they come in packs of three. They have 64 ruled pages but don't have the aesthetic of a Field notes but they're the same size. In the UK, Cahiers are marginally cheaper. I like the creamy paper. There's a flap on the inside of the back cover. The Moleskine Cahiers has a stitched spine instead of staples. The last 16 pages are detachable, there's a little bit of a perforation running down the inside margin. I use these pocket notebooks all the time when I'm out walking making videos about London and the surrounding area.
