Red onion – 1 pc. Garlic – 3 cloves Canned tomatoes – 250 g Olive oil Salt, black pepper, Italian herbs Hard cheese – 150 g Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup Dill – to taste Preparation: Slice zucchini into thin pieces, salt them, and leave for 15 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel. Fry zucchini on both sides until golden brown. For the sauce: sauté onion, add garlic, tomatoes, and spices. Simmer for 15 minutes. Grate the cheese, mix with breadcrumbs and dill. In a baking dish, layer zucchini → tomato sauce → cheese with breadcrumbs, repeating until all ingredients are used. Top with cheese.
