History Comes to Life is a SabuCat Productions channel. SabuCat Productions, owned by Jeff Joseph, was a premiere stock footage house for over 20 years. We have been restoring and uploading moving images to YouTube that are either rare (nobody else has the footage), or far better quality than was previously available. SabuCat was known for its large (over 50,000) collection of coming attraction trailers. In addition, SabuCat produced all 3 "3-D Expo's" in Hollywood at the Egyptian theatre in 2003, 2006, and 2013. We are working with the UCLA Film and Television Archive and the Library of Congress to restore the Laurel & Hardy/Hal Roach Library for theatrical presentation and Home Video release. All videos on this channel are high-quality restorations and remastered by SabuCat Productions with permission to use. Many of the videos are from SabuCat's film archive of acquired original physical reels. These remastered versions are exclusive to the History Comes to Life channel.
