He is a Professor at the University of Chicago. John gives an overview of what offensive realism is. Furthermore he discusses the European Union's foreign policy and how dependent it is on that of the US. He explains Russia's strategy and how Ukraine is going to lose with severe negative consequences for Europe and NATO.
