Travel to LAHORE CITY, Pakistan in 2025 and you'll find the beautiful Lahore Old Town and capital of Punjab Province and former Mughal capital. I did a three day Lahore, Pakistan tour and discovered friendly and curious Pakistani people - one invited me to a wedding and another ran after me to return my credit card! Pakistani people are the best, but Lahore offers so much more, especially Mughal architechture like the 17th century BADSHAHI MOSQUE, the 2nd largest in Pakistan, holding up to 100,000 people. A visit to Badshahi Mosque at sunset it not to be missed, as is a tour of the lavishly decorated Wazir Khan Mosque. The LAHORE FORT is a UNESCO World Heritage Site where I got even better sunset views of the mosque and got a glimpse of how Pakistan Royalty lived in the Sheesh Majal, where Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and his family resided. Shah Jahan was the same guy who built the Taj Mahal! In this video we also discover some delicious PAKISTANI STREET FOOD, as well as an unbelievable STREET DOCTOR, dentist and SNAKE oil salesperson. Finally, I go crazy at a weekly SUFI HEADBANGING FESTIVAL that needs to be seen to be believed! DON'T TRUST THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA 100%... During all these experiences, I felt SAFE in LAHORE and the people were so welcoming, that I know I will return some day. I hope you make it to Lahore, because it's a special place!
