#laminectomy #recovery #weektwo Wanted to provide an update regarding my Laminectomy Recovery. Its Week Two post op and I feel great! I have seen gradual improvement in mobility and pain management, offering relief from the initial discomfort experienced post-operation. I find myself dealing with more manageable pain levels and greater independence in daily activities. I have been able to get out and do some walking as my body adjusts to the surgical intervention, granting increased mobility and confidence in movement. The first post-operative follow-up appointment is coming up. I eagerly await this opportunity to discuss my progress with my medical team.
