Luxurious chocolate cake for a few cents—easy & irresistible! 🍫🍰 My secret recipe! Today I'll show you the most successful chocolate cake that always turns out right the first time! Tender, moist, fragrant, and with an intense cocoa flavor—this cake simply melts in your mouth. Let's bake together step by step: from fluffy dough to shiny chocolate sauce. I guarantee you: After trying this recipe, you'll never look for another one again! ✅Ingredients and preparation: Flour - about 320 g. Cocoa - approx. 45 g. Baking powder - approx. 2 packets (20 g). Baking soda - about 1/2 teaspoon. Salt - about 1 pinch. Mix until smooth. 5 eggs. Sugar - approx. 300 g. Whip cream until the mixture is light and airy (about 3-4 minutes). Vegetable oil – about 250 ml (1 cup). Pour in the oil in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Sift half of the dry ingredients. Stir vegetables until smooth. Add 250 ml of hot milk. Add the remaining dry ingredients. Add 125 ml of hot water with dissolved coffee (1 tsp instant or espresso coffee). Stir thoroughly again. Pour the dough into a round cake pan (approx. 24-26 cm in diameter) that has been greased with butter and dusted with cocoa powder or flour. ✅Baking: Temperature: preheated to 170 °C (top/bottom heat, no fan). Time: 45–55 minutes (until a wooden skewer comes out clean). After baking, leave in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully remove and let cool on a wire rack. ✅For the chocolate sauce: 3 tbsp cocoa powder. spoon (25g). Sugar - ½ cup (100 g). Vanilla sugar - ½ teaspoon (optional). Salt - about 1 pinch. Milk - ½ cup (125 ml). Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Butter - 25 g. This is it – the perfect chocolate cake!
