Video Description
I made a 2 Sided chain Bracelet. This is how I did it: I started by stripping some wire that I had left over. Then I found 3 old, small copper pipes that I could no longer use and cut them into small slices of 3 mm. Afterwards I bent all the copper pipe washers with pliers so they became oval. I rolled the stripped copper wire onto an old iron pipe with the correct diameter I needed and which I had in the workshop. I cut the copper wire into small round rings, which I soldered together each one. The small copper wire rings, I bent all the way to an oblong copper ring and started putting 5 of the copper discs (from the copper tube) on each oblong copper ring - and I continued like this until the bracelet was the right length. Then I made a lock by cutting out 3 small copper plates to the right sizes and soldering them together for each side of the lock. Afterwards I grinded the lock on all leads and edges - drilled 2 holes at each end for both magnets and hooks. Then I soldered the clasp on both ends of the bracelet and sanded and polished the whole thing after making a rustic finish on the bracelet with a Dremel. Finally I glued the magnets in - it was harder than expected because the last magnet attracted the other when I had to glued it to the lock. I am very satisfied with the result. Be careful and wear protective equipment when working with acids and hazardous substances. #makingbracelets #mensjewelry #makingjewellery #chainbracelet Chapters: 0:00 Intro making a 2-sided chain bracelet 0:08 Cutting and shaping of copper pipe for the chain 1:51 Coiling and soldering of copper wire and forming of copper rings 2:59 Braiding of copper discs and rings for a bracelet 4:32 Make a copper clasp for the bracelet and solder it on the bracelet. 8:11 Make a rustic surface on the bracelet, complete the lock and sand and polish the hole lot. 9:14 Presentation of the finished 2-sided Chain Bracelet Subscribe for more My Projects - videos: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCa6u8pIYPovyaV2LNZ9_RVg?sub_confirmation=1 If you want to be se how I made a Silver and copper bracelet Cuff, you might want to watch this video: Cool CUFF Bracelet Making - NO Solder - In My Workshop: https://youtu.be/o82WVVEXpNc This video is made for entertainment purposes.
