This building was in such a poor state that the guide price at auction was just £10,000 - £12,000. With a lot of hard work over the last five years I have now transformed it into a modern four bedroom home. I have worked as a joiner for 20 years and on this project I did as much of the work as possible myself to save money. In this video I take you through the renovation from start to finish.
